Beyond brokerage, Adam co-founded Gilbert Avriette Vacation Rentals, managing over 35 vacation properties across the Coachella Valley before it was acquired by Turnkey Vacation Rentals in 2018. He continues to make his mark as a real estate development consultant, handling all facets of development projects from land acquisition to build-out.

Adam's extensive legal background, combined with his real estate expertise, has enabled him to build a robust practice as an investor and advisor, managing a diverse portfolio that includes industrial, retail, and single-family assets.
